Ashley Ortega is a Filipino actress, born on December 26th 1998. She was born in San Fernando La Union Philippines. Ashley Ortega was born in San Fernando La Union, Philippines. She was born in the Philippines, to an Filipino and her German mother, while her father is a Spanish Filipino. In the year 12 she started appearing on TV initially in commercials for GMA Network. She then moved into acting. Apart from being a professional ice skater Sheila has also been able to perform as if she was a professional dancer. In the age of 4 she began to skate and won competitions across Thailand, Malaysia and other nations. Ashley created YouTube after she moved out of the Southern California house. Her first YouTube video was uploaded by Nathan Boucaud, her boyfriend at that at the time. The video was about her losing 500 dollars when she bet Nathan. Nathan and Ashley remained together for her other videos. They moved in together in Washington and shared their videos, of the process of packing to deciding on furniture for their house. Renuka Asha Rangappa, an American lawyer, former FBI officer, and senior lecturer for Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Renuka has been featured on MSNBC as well as CNN. Prior to that, she was the associate dean of Yale Law School. She currently serves as a senior lecturer at Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Asha Rangappa was the the assistant dean of Yale's Jackson School of Global Affairs as well as Senior Lecturer. She previously served as the Associate Dean at Yale Law School. Prior to her present position, Asha worked as an Agent Special in the New York Division of the FBI which specialized in investigation of counterintelligence. As part of her duties, she assessed threats to national safety and conducted classified investigations of possible foreign agents. Asha was a former FBI agent who was involved in interrogations in electronic surveillance and interview techniques. Asha was alumna of cum laude in The Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was awarded a Fulbright grant to pursue constitutional reforms at Bogota Colombia. She graduated with a law qualification in the year 2000 from Yale Law School where she was an Coker Fellow in Constitutional Law and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan Puerto Rico. She is admitted to the State Bar of New York (2003) as well as the State Bar of Connecticut (2003). Asha, a former legal correspondent for ABC News, has contributed op/eds to The New York Times The Wall Street Journal The Washington Post as well as various other publications. Asha is a board member of Just Security, and she's an Council of Foreign Relations member.
