She is responsible for all of our processes in people, management of people, Talent Management, and the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise on the table. She's worked with leaders from a wide range of industries to help them grow their company, especially when they are experiencing rapid expansion. She was a key thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategies and plans into corporate strategies and employee engagement. She is a lover of learning and regards the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantage. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders and coaching them with proven outcomes. The experience has helped to create organizations that were characterized by innovation in learning and the capacity to adapt. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate her talents and time for the charity. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organizations during the time she has off. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing the time and energy she has in support of Learning Ally's work.
